Compositions 1-4, 2019

Materials: Recycled bubble wrap, plastic bags and wrapping and reclaimed timber frame

Compositions 1-4 were made using a special recycling technique that Shemza learnt as part of an Arts Council funded artist development program. On the program Shemza learnt new skills for using more sustainable materials in her practice and made her research accessible to a wider audience through plastic recycling workshops and her peer resource website www.art-ology.co.uk. These works are made from recycling bubble wrap and plastic bags in the studio.
